Updates in bullets

Well, technically dashes. Or is it em-dashes? Eh, whatever.

- I've now made a butt-print in my couch. You can see right where the cheeks go and I'm totally okay with that. Thank goodness we bought a good couch...I had no idea that I would cuddled up with it more than my dog and/or husband.

- My bp meds have now been upped a little bit. The lowest dose of medication isn't cutting it anymore. Frankly, I'm not surprised.

- I just spoke with my MFM and apparently high bp, a dynamic cervix and triplets wasn't enough for my body. I now also have cholestasis. (Yeah, I just linked to Wiki.pedia. What of it?) Basically, my liver can't function fast enough to clear out all of the bile that is being produced. The main symptom is extreme itchiness. Oh really? I hadn't noticed, considering I didn't fall asleep until 3 am because I was combing my skin. Yep. AKA biggest scratching device I could find. So add those meds to my list. The American Pregn.ancy Associastion's website state that cholestatis occurs in 1 out of 1,000 pregnancies. Ha ha! Anyone want to guess if I test positive for the diabeetus in two weeks?

- I WANT A SCOTCHEROO! Ohp. Sorry. Nooo idea where that come from!

- Does anyone else watch Dance Moms? And think that Abby Lee is a certified psycho? And that the moms that take their daughters to her are just as insane? Because I think Abby Lee is cuhrazy and the moms that take their kids there are....dumb.

-The moms from Toddler.s and Tia.ras can be added to the crazy pool.

-16 days til 24 weeks.

  5. I had The Big C when pregnant with my twins (along with the Big BP and the Big GD so I'll feel your pain if you fail your next glucose test). Honestly, I just thought I had dry skin, or a reaction to something because it wasn't an all over itch at first. It was just a few spots. One of them was indelicate....let's just say that I squirmed in my chairs a lot to keep from scratching. Anyway. Medication helped a bit during the day but it was the long nights that got to me. Nothing to do but lay there in the dark and itch. My best friend? A small cooler filled with ice cubes and a damp washcloth. I found that the shocking sensation of the cold plus the cloth was enough to scratch the itches without making my skin raw. Whatever gets you through the night!
